Drop off electronics and drugs at Maine Township event May 11
Maine Township officials and the Cook County sheriff's office will collect unwanted prescription drugs and electronics on May 11.
You can drop off items between 9 a.m. and noon at the Maine Township town hall, 1700 Ballard Road, Park Ridge.
Cables, phones, computers and other small personal electronics can be dropped off. One television per household can be recycled, too.
As far as the drug collection, liquids, needles and syringes won't be accepted.
