Arboretum walk set for Wednesday in Vernon Hills
GO Vernon Hills invites the community to a St. Paddy's Day walk through the Century Park Arboretum from 3:45 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 16.
Meet in the parking lot at the south end of Century Park at the corner of Hawthorn and Lakeview parkways. Wear green for the 1.5-mile walk.
GO Vernon Hills, presented by the Vernon Hills Park District, is a community walking movement designed to promote community values of health and wellness. The park district has partnered with the Lake County Health Department on its countywide initiative to improve the health of Lake County residents. There is no admission fee.
