Cook County approves business tax breaks in Elk Grove and Wheeling

The Cook County Board last week approved 6b tax breaks to two businesses in Elk Grove Village and one in Wheeling. The incentives allow businesses to lower their property tax bill for a dozen years and are offered to businesses that make a significant investment in improving properties.

ML Realty Partners LLC, 2250 Lively Blvd., Elk Grove Village, received the incentive for an industrial property leased to Graphic Innovators Inc. and used primarily for packing, print pressing, warehousing and distribution, county officials said in a news release.

PHABB Partners LLC, 801 Estes Ave., Elk Grove Village, will lease the property to Diesel Radiator Co. Inc., a manufacturer of cooling systems for a variety of industries. Diesel Radiator will manufacture, assemble, weld, wash, and paint and perform aluminum brazing, officials said.

ENYM LLC, 1239 Peterson Drive and 97 Marquardt, Wheeling, plans to lease the property to a related entity, Yanni Design Studios, for manufacturing, fabrication and warehousing of event design related products such as tables, sofas, beds, benches, chaises, crafted bars, candelabras, vases, canopies, runways, stages and ceiling suspensions, officials said.
