Aurora cancels meetings, large community events
Aurora officials said Thursday they are suspending board and commission meetings for 30 days and limiting attendance at city council and committee of the whole meetings to 50 people.
They also said they no longer will disconnect water service for nonpayment so everybody has water to wash their hands.
In addition, all tours and community activities at city buildings have been canceled, as has the scheduled April 9 Youth Day.
