Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates mayors team for Rotary drawing Friday

The Rotary Club of Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates will raffle off a 7-day vacation plus $1,000 for travel expenses on Friday, to raise funds to support the organization's community partners.

This year more than $30,000 was raised through the raffle, a record for the club.

Schaumburg Mayor Tom Dailly and Hoffman Estates Mayor Bill McLeod will together draw the winner at the club's weekly lunchtime meeting, set for 12:15 p.m. at Chandler's Chophouse & Banquets. 401 N. Roselle Road, in Schaumburg.

Andy DuRoss, superintendent of Schaumburg Township Elementary School District 54, will be the guest speaker at the meeting.
