Learn about monarch butterflies at Fremont library program Tuesday

The Lake to Prairie Chapter of Wild Ones will host a special program about monarch butterflies from 7 to 8:45 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, at Fremont Public Library, 1170 N. Midlothian Road, Mundelein.

From its migration to habitat needs, life cycle and health, the program will provide insight into the behavior and needs of the beloved butterfly. Monarch gardening, rearing and citizen science also will be discussed. A slide presentation will be followed by open discussion and questions.
