Schaumburg Township GOP hosts District 211 candidate forum

The Schaumburg Township Republican Organization will hold a candidate forum Saturday for hopefuls for the Palatine-Schaumburg High School District 211 board and the Schaumburg Township District Library board.

The event takes place during the organization's monthly breakfast meeting, set for 8:15 a.m. Saturday, March 23, at Chandler's Chophouse, 401 N. Roselle Road in Schaumburg.

The moderator for this forum will be Jim Slusher, the Daily Herald's deputy managing editor for opinion.

To help defray the cost of the hot breakfast buffet, the organizations asks for a $15 contribution from STRO members and a $20 contribution from nonmembers.
