Driver escapes injury in Schaumburg rollover crash
A 19-year-old Elgin woman escaped injury Tuesday morning after he car struck the ramp of car carrier trailer and rolled over on its roof outside a Schaumburg auto dealership.
According to Schaumburg police, the woman was driving eastbound into the sunlight in the 200 block of Golf Road when her Mercedes drove partially onto the ramp and rolled. The woman was wearing her seat belt and did not require medical treatment, according to police.
No citations were issued, police said.
