Forum Saturday in Palatine for 6th District Democrats

The Sixth District Democrats and the Greater Palatine Area Democrats are hosting a candidates' forum Saturday in Palatine featuring the seven Democrats seeking their party's nomination in the 6th U.S. Congressional District.

The winner of the Democratic primary on March 20 will go on to face Republican incumbent Rep. Peter Roskam of Wheaton. Candidates include Sean Casten of Downers Grove, Carole Cheney of Naperville, Amanda Howland of Lake Zurich, Ryan Huffman of Palatine, Kelly Mazeski of Barrington Hills, Becky Anderson Wilkins of Naperville and Jennifer Zordani of Clarendon Hills.

The forum is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, in the auditorium at Fremd High School, 1000 S. Quentin Road, Palatine. Doors open at 5 p.m. Seating priority will be given to those who register at
