Mt. Prospect Memorial Day events

The Mount Prospect Memorial Day Parade begins at 9:35 a.m. Monday at Emerson and Busse roads and ends at the entrance to the Lions Park Veterans Memorial Band shell. The ceremony will include: Rifle salute, patriotic music by the Mount Prospect Community Band and the Prospect Heights High School Marching Knights. Keynote speaker is Major General Richard Stearney, U.S. Army Retired and former commander of the 86th U.S. Army Reserve Command.
