Mayor candidate is thoughtful, prepared

Dear Wheaton voters: I urge you to vote for John Prendiville for mayor of Wheaton on Tuesday, April 2.

I have served with John on the city council for eight years.

Although John is seeking a new title, voters should know that he has already been the leader of the Council as long as he's been on it. John is always prepared, respectful, and thoughtful. He considers both sides of an issue, then takes a position, clearly articulates it, and builds the support necessary to execute it. John is not unafraid to take an unpopular position when it's what is best for the city. He is quick to return emails, phone calls, and meeting requests. He will serve you well and make you proud.

Please vote for John Prendiville for Wheaton Mayor on Tuesday, April 2.
