Only two issues matter in District 211 election
Thank you for publishing, "Don't let unions decide school elections," (March 25), so citizens can evaluate where candidates are positioned relevant to two important District 211 issues - independent board representation and locker room access.
The only woman, Kimberly Cavill, has been a contracted teacher, received funds from Teacher's Union Local 1211, Trans United Fund Illinois and PNQE (Parents and Neighbors for Quality Education). So, she would be a fox guarding the hens.
The current case-by-case locker room policy is compassionate and fair for all. Kimberly Cavill has protested to promote more radical open locker rooms where students must change into bathing suits.
Vote only for Dombrowski and Cramer, both independents, to hold the board accountable. Voting for four will dilute Dombrowski and Cramer votes, and could give others the lead. Vote April 2!
