Leave me out in November

For the first time in over 40 years, I pretty much have decided to sit out the November election. Why, you ask?

Hey, I have never been so disappointed in an election. First the two governor candidates basically bought their nomination but just not with money but with outright lies that the wonderful press failed to call them on.

I also must question on the legitimacy of the DuPage County vote when the one place the Republican opponent should have done very well had machine problems (e.g., of course after all the news about Russia, there could have been no chance someone tampered with the machines).

Second, you have two people running for attorney general, one whom only won because he had the money and the backing of the party plus a former lousy governor who had no business running. And the other choice a seemingly nice young lady but used the race card to get in the news but when called on it, the press backed off when there was plenty of avenue to find out the real truth.

Therefore, my fellow Illinoisans I leave the decision to you as I want no part of electing any of these people.
