Pine Tree promotes Ellsworth to VP, Acquisitions

NORTHBROOK - Northbrook-based Pine Tree said Chris Ellsworth, a Pine Tree team member since 2021, has been promoted to vice president, Acquisitions, where he will continue to help source and negotiate new potential acquisitions and grow the company's national retail portfolio.

Ellsworth is an alumnus of Indiana University Bloomington and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

"Chris has an in-depth knowledge of the retail real estate business which he combines with an incredibly dedicated work ethic," said Conor Bossy, chief investment officer at Pine Tree. "He has proved himself to be a valuable team member and a strong, resourceful leader who is committed to Pine Tree's mission, values, and goals, and that of our stakeholders."

Founded in 1995, Pine Tree is a full-service real estate company specializing in retail. Pine Tree's national open-air portfolio includes more than 100 properties totaling over $3.5 billion in assets under management.
