Inno-Tech completes deal for new Glendale Heights HQ

GLENDALE HEIGHTS - Cawley Chicago represented Inno-Tech in the recent acquisition of their new corporate headquarters in Glendale Heights. The custom sheet metal and 3D printing group purchased 1879 Internationale Boulevard, a 30,990 square foot industrial facility.

Conroy helped his client secure the property at $115.00 per square foot. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller, Global Furniture in the transaction who relocated to a larger space in Warrenville.
