Inno-Tech completes deal for new Glendale Heights HQ

GLENDALE HEIGHTS - Cawley Chicago represented Inno-Tech in the recent acquisition of their new corporate headquarters in Glendale Heights. The custom sheet metal and 3D printing group purchased 1879 Internationale Boulevard, a 30,990 square foot industrial facility.

"I am extremely pleased to have worked with Inno-Tech LLC on this transaction and all our previous transactions as well. In a very competitive market environment, they were able to react quickly and decisively when the right building became available in order to beat out several competitors. After our initial meeting discussing where the market is at and what they needed to do in order to secure a building for purchase, Inno-Tech immediately put their ducks in a row to position themselves as a competitive buyer. In today's market that preparation is what is separating companies that are losing out on multiple buildings from the ones that come away as successful bidders. I wish Inno-Tech continued success in their new home," said principal David Conroy who represented the user.

Conroy helped his client secure the property at $115.00 per square foot. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller, Global Furniture in the transaction who relocated to a larger space in Warrenville.
