Baxter & Woodman names Fluhr transportation chief

CRYSTAL LAKE - Baxter & Woodman Inc. Consulting Engineers promoted professional engineer Jason J. Fluhr, to vice president of transportation.

Fluhr will oversee Baxter & Woodman's transportation design engineering and management throughout the firm's Midwest region. He will ensure superior client service, high quality technical design standards and efficient delivery of design projects. As a member of the firm's Strategic Planning Group, Fluhr will continue to develop and drive growth transportation strategies for the firm.

Fluhr is a licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois and Wisconsin and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer. He has more than 20 years of experience in organizational leadership, business development and project management for transportation programs throughout the Midwest.

Fluhr is based out of the firm's Crystal Lake office.
