Lee & Associates brokers two sales in DuPage County

ROSEMONT — Lee & Associates recently closed on two industrial sale transactions in north DuPage County.

Jeff Girling, senior vice president at Lee & Associates' Illinois office, represented the buyer on the purchase of an 86,357-square-foot industrial building on 5.28 acres at 140 Fullerton Ave. in Carol Stream. John Suerth and Cal Payne of CBRE represented the seller, Fabb Properties. Terms of the sale were not announced.

Rick Anesi and Brad Simousek, vice presidents at Lee & Associates' Illinois office, represented the seller, R & D Partners on the disposition of a 28,000-square-foot industrial building on 1.76 acres at 55 Garden Ave. in Roselle. Patrick Stanton of Patrick Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Terms were not announced.

The Lee team has been retained by the new owner to continue marketing the last available suite in the multi-tenant facility for lease.
