Proper Title expands with new Park Ridge office

PARK RIDGE - Title insurance firm Proper Title, LLC, has opened a new office at 1300 Higgins Road, Suite 200, in Park Ridge.

The new facility will accommodate its fast-growing business, which now offers nine closing locations across Chicago and its suburbs.

The new Park Ridge office offers 3,500 square feet and five closing rooms to accommodate a steady stream of residential and commercial closings. This new office is expected to have one of the firm's highest closing volumes, just behind Proper Title's Loop and Northbrook locations.

"2019 was a banner year for Proper Title, and we're honored to have so many real estate attorneys, brokers and lenders entrusting us with their closings," said David Zawadzki, vice president of business development for Proper Title. "In response, we are expanding geographically to meet their needs."

Proper Title completed a record number of closings in 2019 with residential closings up 24.3%.

In addition to its new office in Park Ridge, Proper Title also has closing offices in Palatine, Northbrook, Libertyville, Oak Brook and St. Charles, as well as closing locations in Chicago's Loop, Bucktown and Irving Park neighborhoods. The title company also offers remote closings to attorney clients.
