Reyes Holdings sells Reinhart Foodservice

ROSEMONT - Reyes Holdings recently sold Reinhart Foodservice LLC to Performance Food Group Company n Richmond, Virginia, for an undisclosed amount.

The sale allows Reyes Holdings to pursue its strategic growth priorities and strengthens the company's commitment to building and enhancing its primary brands and offerings across the entire family of businesses, officials said in a release.

As a result of the sale, the combined Reyes Holding portfolio will have close to 30,000 employees with annual revenues in excess of $30 billion. The food service and beverage distribution company delivers more than 1.3 billion cases of beverage and food products from over 170 locations across the world, and includes The Martin-Brower Company.

"We are grateful to our Reinhart teammates for their commitment to growing the business over the past 14+ years and wish them well in their journey forward with PFG," said Chris Reyes, founder and co-chairman of Reyes Holdings.
