M. Holland names new operations chief

NORTHBROOK — M. Holland Co. has appointed Julian Wiles to the position of vice president of operations.

Wiles will execute M. Holland's vision of global operational excellence, overseeing client experience, supply chain, quality assurance, and order fulfillment activities. Drawing on his years of experience in operations and logistic transformations, he will be responsible for introducing and executing operational best practices globally.

Wiles joins M. Holland from Bloomberg L.P., a privately held financial, software, data, and media company, where he served as the head of global logistics and was in charge of improving operational efficiency within the organization. Prior, he was the senior director of global logistics for S.C. Johnson, a privately-held manufacturer of household cleaning products. Before joining S.C. Johnson, Wiles worked with Fortune 500 companies including General Mills and Frito-Lay.

He will report directly to CEO Ed Holland.
