Westmont, Naperville Manor Health & Rehab centers under new ownership

DUPAGE COUNTY — Extended Care LLC, one of the largest continuum of post-acute care facilities in the area, has acquired the former 115-bed facility of HCR Manor Care in Naperville and the former 131-bed facility of HCR Manor Care in Wewstmont.

The facilities are now known as the Naperville Manor Health & Rehab Center and Westmont Manor Health & Rehab Center, respectively.

The facilities offer post-acute (hospital discharge) and long-term residents a wide range of programs. They specialize in and have a good reputation amongs area hospitals, physicians and community members with regards to Post Acute Care and long term care.

“We can now promise the services, support, expertise and training from one of the largest and most complete post-acute health care teams to the people of the Chicagoland region, yet deliver it with the same ‘neighbors caring for neighbors' community approach that will make these locations so special,” said Dina Gallo, regional director of business development for Evanston-based Extended Care LLC.

In an effort to support the community, they are participating in a food drive that will benefit the West suburban Food Pantry. Donations are being accepted at the centers through Feb. 28 for personal care items.

“We will be supporting the West suburban Food every month throughout this year,” said Gallo. “Each month West suburban Food requests certain products and we will promote that in our facilities and donate to them every month.”
