Byline Bank renews lease, expands space

SCHAUMBURG - CBRE recently handled the lease renewal and expansion at Woodfield Preserve Office Center, on behalf of Zeller Realty Group, to Byline Bank at 20 N. Martingale Road in Schaumburg. Byline Bank, a full-service commercial bank, will extend its lease at Woodfield Preserve and expand from 25,998 square feet to 34,200 square feet to accommodate future growth. "Byline Bank has been a tenant at Woodfield Preserve for over 10 years, and has always been pleased with the support, service and amenities we've received, providing our employees with a great place to do great work," said Bruce Lammers, executive vice president and president of Byline Small Business Capital. "We have gone through multiple expansions during this time, and the staff at Woodfield Preserve has always worked with us to accommodate our needs and supported our growth." ZRG has significantly transformed the property, upgrading finishes and improving and adding numerous amenities to both buildings at Woodfield Preserve, ZRG also provides property management services for the building. Bill Elwood and Rob Graham of CBRE represented the owner, ZRG, in the transaction. David Ven Horst of Tenant Advisors represented Byline Bank.
