Winfield Public Library adds Hoopla downloading and streaming service

The Winfield Public Library, 0S291 Winfield Road, has announced a new digital offering for patrons. New digital service offers movies, music, comics, eBooks and eAudiobooks with no holds and no waiting.

Hoopla is an all-in-one media service where you can browse more than 950,000 titles in six different formats - eAudiobooks, eBooks, comics/graphic novels, full music albums, movies, and TV - and instantly borrow, then download or stream, the titles of your choice.

You can access items instantly with no holds or waiting. Library members can use hoopla on their Android or iOS devices, as well as FireTV, Chromecast, AppleTV, and Roku using the hoopla app.

Please note that unlike the library's other content platforms, Hoopla is a cost-per-use service, with the library paying for each checkout in lieu of a set annual fee. Because of this pricing model, there is a limit of five checkouts per month per library card.

Create your Hoopla account today on the Hoopla app or at hoopladigital.com with your Winfield Library card number.

The library is excited to offer new formats and almost one million new titles.
