Chicago's Iconic Deep Dish Pizzeria is Headed Northwest and Now Hiring

Lou Malnati's Pizzeria, based in Northbrook, IL announced that it will officially make Hoffman Estates, in the Northwest suburbs, its newest location in the Chicago area. Currently under construction at 1407 Palatine Road, the famous deep dish pizzeria is slated to open in early 2022. It's located in a multi-tenant retail building, adjacent to Starbucks and Jewel-Osco, in the shopping plaza at Palatine Road and Huntington Boulevard.

Lou Malnati's Pizzeria is excited to open their first location in the Hoffman Estates area, which will also serve the Barrington and South Barrington suburbs. The menu is highlighted by the legendary deep dish pizza and features thin crust along with tasty appetizers, salads, pastas and desserts. The 1,730 square foot space, will offer local residents carryout and delivery only. While the latest location will not include a dining room, it will provide easy curbside pick-up, no-contact delivery, and drop off catering services for hungry fans.

Malnati's will hire approximately 50 local employees and is looking to fill various positions including delivery drivers, kitchen crew and phone staff. The managers are currently holding interviews at the Schaumburg location and will be conducted in person or via zoom, depending on availability.
