Addison man pleads guilty to ammunition charge
A 24-year-old Addison man has pleaded guilty to one count of attempted possession of ammunition - no valid firearm owners identification card on person, according to DuPage County court records.
Ryan Villanueva, of the 500 block of Green Oaks Court, was sentenced to 12 months of court supervision, records show. He was charged in March 2020 with the ammunition charge and two charges of misdemeanor possession of a firearm without a FOID.
He was among nine suspect gang members arrested early last year during a sweep by law enforcement officials from DuPage County, Addison and a pair of federal agencies, authorities said.
