Shots fired at strip mall near Schaumburg early Sunday morning

Shots were fired at around 3:30 a.m. in the parking lot of a bar in the 1600 block of Algonquin Road in Palatine Township Sunday, according to the Cook County sheriff's police.

Officers were called to the Coach House Bar after a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers learned there was a fight in the parking lot where shell casing were recovered.

There were no injuries and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
