Enjoy Story Time with your child at Creek Bend Nature Center

Young children can enjoy some stories, explore the outdoors around Creek Bend Nature Center, and learn how to create beautiful things with nature during the "Story Time at Creek Bend Nature Center" programs.

Staff will provide the materials needed to do the take-and-make craft at home. Each new monthly video will feature a book read by a St. Charles Public Library librarian and introduce a fun craft for you to do at home.

Stop in to Creek Bend Nature Center to see the video on each release date between 10 a.m. and noon and they will provide you with the take-home craft items.

It is scheduled for Wednesdays, April 14, May 12, June 16, and July 21.

Then head out to the LeRoy Oakes Forest Preserve trails to hike and read a second story on the StoryWalk.

Creek Bend Nature Center is located within LeRoy Oakes Forest Preserve at 37W700 Dean St., St. Charles.
