Long Grove Park District Hosts "Good and Bad Insects of Lake County" Virtual Talk on July 28

Living in the suburbs, we have plenty of insects on our property and in our gardens. Learn about these insects… their names, their life cycles, and the difference between the good and beneficial and the bad and harmful ones. And, you will be given information on some organic means of controlling the harmful insects. Some of the insects covered include beetles, dragonflies, lacewings, ladybugs, garden and crab spiders, parasitic wasps, butterflies and moths.

This is a virtual nature talk being held on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 - 1 to 2pm.
