Nation suffering from decline in morality

We are deeply saddened, but not surprised by violent crime and a total lack of respect for human life in the United States.

We believe all crime, violent and nonviolent is not a social problem. Crime is a moral problem and requires moral answers.

Our nation has been on a "slippery slope" for many decades. The efforts to separate church and state have resulted in a society where moral values are not imposed or taught.

Right and wrong are intolerant concepts and moral relativism takes over.

Efforts to remove "In God We Trust" from our coins, the removal of the Ten Commandments from public buildings and crosses or other religious symbols from graves of service persons in military cemeteries are examples.

The facts that human life is sacred and human dignity is important are ignored. Movies, TV shows and video games sadly promote the wrong things and provide inappropriate values.
