Morgan/Harbor completes office build-out for Darwill

WOODRIDGE - Morgan/Harbour Construction has completed an office renovation for Darwill Inc. at 1 Tower Lane in Oakbrook Terrace.

Morgan/Harbour was hired the direct marketing and communications company to complete the 3,664 square foot build-out for Darwill's new space in Oakbrook Terrace, which will be in addition to the firm's Hillside location at 11900 Roosevelt Road. The interior build-out consisted of the addition of a new full-height glass Herculite entry that was designed to enhance the view of Chicago's skyline.

Additionally, Morgan/Harbour constructed a conference room, private offices, workstations, and installed a custom security system. The new office space for Darwill also features luxury vinyl flooring, high-end millwork, solid surface counter tops, mason tables as well as custom wall decals.

Morgan/Harbour's construction team included Project Executive Andy MacMillan, Project Manager Marrico Crum and Project Superintendent Tom Sawa. Veronica Massie of Whitney Architects provided the architectural services.
