Dispatch deal in Wauconda?

The Wauconda village board will meet Tuesday to discuss and potentially approve a contract to outsource the village's 911 dispatch service to Lake Zurich. Wauconda officials voted last year to shut down the town's 911 center in a money-saving move. The pact with Lake Zurich has been in the works for a few months. The board meeting is set for 7 p.m. at village hall, 101 N. Main St.
