Dodgeball championships in Schaumburg Jan. 2
The Schaumburg Park District will host the Winter National Dodgeball Championships on Saturday, Jan. 2, at The Sport Center, 1141 W. Irving Park Road in Schaumburg.
The adult tournament begins at 10 a.m. and the youth tournament begins at 3 p.m. New games are played approximately every four minutes.
Youth divisions include grades 4-6, 7-8 and 9-12. Adult divisions include men's, women's and co-rec.
The registration fee is $125 for adult teams and $105 for youth teams. The registration deadline is Monday, Dec. 28, for all divisions.
