Buying into global warming is lunacy
In response to Tom Tuene's letter about "the lunacy of the Republicans and global warming. Mr. Tuene must have a different definition of lunacy than I have.
You see NASA has just come out with new data regarding the increasing polar ice caps, which is contrary to the scientists claims that global warming is causing them to shrink. In addition, the U.S. governments main climate research agency has refused a request by House Republicans to release documents concerning the controversy surrounding the "pause" in global warming over the past 18 years.
Why? Well because it doesn't fit the narrative and they changed the numbers to falsely claim it has been warming. Regarding the claim by scientist of massive and numerous hurricanes, that has shown to be false as we have had the quietest decade of hurricanes happening in a long time. The California drought was explained a few years ago by a climatologist and is expected to last about another 6 years, and has been exacerbated by government interference. Also I might add, the 97 percent number being thrown around, it's not accurate either, as it was contrived from a college student with minimal questions of a small percentage of scientists.
Look it all up. So believing global warming exists, despite the facts is what I would call lunacy.
