Caterpillar owed an Obama explanation

On Feb. 9, 2009, President Obama stood next to the CEO of Caterpillar in East Peoria. He was talking about his recovery program and what it meant to the workers of Caterpillar.

Maybe he should return to East Peoria and explain to the 10,000 recently laid off workers what happened to his program and how he let them down.

This spring the Maui News had a headline that says it all, "Obama's recovery plan has hit Wall Street but not Main Street."
