Darwin represents buyer in sale of Glendale Heights building

ELMHURST - Darwin Realty recently represented the buyer in the sale of a 48,663-square foot building located at 999 Regency Drive in Glendale Heights.

Darwin President Richard G. Daly, SIOR represented Robert C. Weisheit Co., Inc. who acquired the property for the expansion and relocation of his high-tech manufacturing business.

The facility is situated on 4.82 acres within the High Grove East Business Park in DuPage County. Features of the property include 9,000 square feet of office, 18-foot clear ceiling height, 30-foot x 40-foot bays, one interior truck dock, one drive-in door, heavy electric power, air conditioning throughout and parking for 80 cars.

NAI Hiffman's Jeff Fischer, Joe Bronson and Howard Bergdoll represented the seller, LaVezzi Precision, Inc.
