Tuscany celebrates March Madness with lasagna madness, a weeklong event from Monday, March 16, through Friday, March 20, in which a different lasagna recipe will be featured each day. On Monday, try the ricotta lasagna; Tuesday, four cheese; Wednesday, primavera; Thursday, Bolognese lasagna; and Friday, seafood lasagna. $14 at lunch or $16 at dinner. Princess, pirates at Shaw's

Bring your littlest loves to meet the characters of their dreams at a princess and pirates brunch at Shaw's Crab House from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, March 15. Chicken potPi Day

Kick's Chicken in Naperville marks National Pi Day with a twist on Saturday, March 14. Kick's does pi, as in chicken potpie. It costs $7.99 and is made with a rich and creamy mixture of peas, carrots, onions and potatoes topped with a puff pastry square that's been brushed with garlic butter and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
