Reception for Mt. Prospect photographer in Rolling Meadows

The Northwest Cultural Council is holding a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 21, for photographer Tiffany Whisler at the Rolling Meadows Library, 3110 Martin Lane.

Whisler has taken pictures since she was 10 years old, but the true passion started in her late thirties. Her college degree is in veterinary medicine and she is a small-animal relief veterinarian who travels and works all over the Chicago area.

Whisler has taken many photography classes at Harper College. She believes there is great beauty in both the man-made things and the things God has made and her goal is to share it in all its forms and to show God's love through her work. She lives in Mount Prospect.
