July 22, 2013, St. Charles, IL. - The St Charles Arts Council, in partnership with the St. Charles Park District, is delighted to announce the 2nd Annual Charlie's Center for the Arts -- ALL of the ARTS, ALL over TOWN Event. The Charlie's event will run from Thursday, Sept. 11 through Sunday, Sept. 14.

Featured events include the Film App Festival, whose Opening Night screening of the cult classic Night of the Living Dead will be playing at the Arcada on Sept. 11, two neXt gallery pop-up art gallery locations open all weekend long, the Fine Line Creative Arts Center's 35th anniversary social and concert, and the closing day Jazz Age Party in the Park featuring The Fat Babies Classic Jazz Band at Pottawatomie Park on Sept. 14.

East Side, West Side, and Downtown -- ALL over TOWN -- residents and visitors will be treated to an incredible array of arts programming.
