Why Obama library if we can't fix roads?

Why Obama library if we can't fix roads?

How can the state of Illinois possibly contemplate building a $100 million Obama library when our roads are worse than those in Beirut? I drove from Florida to Illinois last week and the first 1,300 miles were beautiful and final 75 were enough to make me sick.

The Illinois legislature hasn't a clue on how to properly fund essential services and manage their revenue base. We desperately need a Scott Walker in this state to reign in the corruption and prioritize spending on capital projects.
