Mt. Prospect OKs Walgreens liquor licenses
Mount Prospect village board members this week approved a change in the liquor licenses for two Walgreens locations, at 1028 S. Elmhurst Road and 1701 E. Kensington Road. The change would allow them to add a fuller line of spirits to the list of wines and beers they already sell. Village Manager Michael Janonis said, "This is an expansion of their product line. This is something that Walgreens is undertaking from a corporate strategy standpoint."
