ID Global to move headquarters to Chicago

Hinsdale-based ID Global Corp. announced it will relocate its headquarters to the Chicago Loop this month.

IDGC will share a 3,000 square foot office in downtown Chicago with an established money management company, a business advisory and accounting firm, as well as a legal team, the company said in a statement.

IDGC will benefit by centralizing its operations with a support staff for its various interests in AP, Jack Rockwell, Inc. and its Pepperes Distribution Agreement.

“The timing on this opportunity couldn’t be better; we have outgrown our current space and will now have an opportunity to collaborate with strategic partners to execute our plans for 2014,” said Sebastien DuFort, IDGC president and CEO.

ID Global Corp. is a diversified holdings company with a focus on emerging and middle market investment opportunities in North America.
