If you haven't tried water exercise, you may be overlooking a great workout. Mount Prospect Park District offers a variety of options suitable for all fitness levels.

Aqua Arthritis is a light workout designed for arthritis sufferers and those recovering from injury or surgery. It can help loosen limbs and offer relaxation and comfort in the soothing waters of the pool.

Aqua Ease is a moderate workout that provides increased cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility in the water. Try it and see how much better you feel in just five weeks.

Aqua Jog Deep Water is an intermediate to advanced water workout. This vigorous non-impact workout increases endurance, muscular strength and flexibility for more energy and increased stamina.

Aqua Power is an intermediate to advanced workout that includes plenty of aerobics, strengthening, toning and stretching.

All classes are held at RecPlex indoor pool at varying times. RecPlex is at 420 S. Dempster St., in Mount Prospect.
