Children learn through play at Stratford KinderCare

Children at the Stratford KinderCare Learning Center use all of their senses to explore the world of learning in their classrooms each and every day. The center, which has been part of the community for nearly 30 years, has been busy preparing for back-to-school and making exciting improvements – all designed to enhance the learning environment. East Carol Stream families are delighted with the new updates, including a fresh new color scheme throughout the center, which they say makes the building look like a brand new center, just in time for a fresh start to the new school year.

Stratford KinderCare accepts children ages six weeks to 12 years and in a variety of programs and classrooms. Center Director Nicole Tessler was named to the 2011 Knowledge Universe (KinderCare's parent company) School Advisory Council. Council members were chosen from Knowledge Universe centers throughout the country for their outstanding efforts to provide the highest quality early childhood education for the families in their area.

The center operates from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, and is located at 290 Knollwood Drive, Bloomingdale, IL 60108. For more information, contact: Nicole Tessler, Center Director, (630) 351-4511 or ntessler@klcorp.com.

Bloomindale families are invited to schedule a time to visit the center to see how learning and play prepare young children for school success.
