What is your favorite ingredient and how do you like to use it? Garlic. Often.
Describe your style or approach to cooking. Ingredient oriented. I sometimes go out of my way for that tablespoon of spice or that particular cut of meat to make the recipe authentic.
Why do you want to be part of the Cook of the Week Challenge? I think I sort of do this competition often during the workweek when I open my refrigerator and try to come up with something that tastes great from the items that I have to work with that night.
