What is your favorite ingredient and how do you like to use it? Soy sauce. It can be used in all kinds of marinades for grilling meat or sauteing vegetables, and salad dressings

Describe your style or approach to cooking. Preparation. Creativity. Presentation. I love thinking about trying to make something for guests that will say “Wow, how did he do that” and talk about the recipe both the way it looks and tastes throughout the party or gathering.

Why do you want to be part of the Cook of the Week Challenge? I want to share my wonderful recipes because every time I make them for a party, guests say I should sell them. I want to use my creative side during the weekly challenge to show others what unique options there are in the kitchen.
