Media is biased toward Israel

Israel's recent warmongering in Gaza has been a public relations disaster for Israel and the U.S. everywhere in the world except here in our own press corps.

Yet many Americans are starting to see through the Israeli propaganda in the U.S. media for what it is.

In response to this awakening, the pro-Israeli pundits are redoubling their efforts to portray Israel's onslaught as a noble and humanitarian war. Over and over we have been told how Israel went to great pains to "minimize civilian" casualties. Hogwash!

There were thousands of women and children slaughtered and thousands of civilian buildings destroyed. The pictures of these dead and wounded civilians went unseen in the American press.

The American public will not be fooled forever. Perhaps Israel should treat the Palestinians fairly and let them have their own country before the entire world hates Israel. Live up to your own propaganda, Israel, and perhaps you could have peace with your neighbors.
