Thanks for helping 'green' Wheaton

The Wheaton Environmental Improvement Commission commends and thanks Vince Loang, director of public works, and the rest of the Wheaton city staff and city council for their action in purchasing two E-Gators with electric motors, and one electric-powered salt spreader that will eliminate the emissions of the older replaced vehicles.

We hope the public works department will be able to continue and expand this program, which is an integral part of the cities ongoing efforts to green Wheaton.
