Snow-covered cars a real road hazard

Just a reminder to drivers to please clear ALL the snow and ice off your vehicles before heading out onto the highways. My granddaughter had a block of snow/ice hit her windshield while driving on the expressway during a storm. It not only scared her but it also broke her windshield wiper off. This caused a very hazardous condition for her. Fortunately she was able to get off the road safely and have a new wiper put in place.
