Hanging out with Abe and Mary
In honor of the anniversary of Abraham Lincoln's 200th birthday, the Mount Prospect Public Library hosts "An Afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Lincoln." The "president" will moderate a discussion about the compromises and challenges that confronted the United States at the time of his administration. "Mrs. Lincoln" will discuss the woman's role in the home - and fashions in the 1800s.
