Four hurt in Volo crash

Four people were injured this morning when two cars crashed at Route 60 and Fish Lake Road in Volo.

The accident occurred about 8:20 a.m., according to Bob Rucker, battalion chief for the Wauconda fire department, which provides service to Volo.

Ambulances from Wauconda, Round Lake, Fox Lake and McHenry took the injured to Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. There were three occupants in one vehicle and a single occupant in the other. None of the injuries were life-threatening, Rucker said.
